SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Joseph Androski Law PLLC ("the Firm").

1. Program Description

Joseph Androski Law PLLC sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have agreed to receive them. Messages relate to your inquiry or legal matter, including consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, case updates, and document requests. We do not send marketing messages by text.

2. How You Opt In

You agree to receive text messages by providing your mobile number when you book a consultation through our online booking page. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of hiring the Firm or receiving our services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment and legal matter.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again.

6. Help (HELP)

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
